Married parties in a community of property receive half an unal division of all the assets constituting the common succession and, in most cases, are jointly and severally liable for all debts incurred. Therefore, if the spouses were married in a community of property and enter into an agreement in which one party lends a sum of money to the other, the right to claim such an amount is an asset of the common estate and the obligation to pay the amount is a responsibility of the joint estate. It follows that it is impossible to assert such a right to divorce, since the parties are married in community of property. In ensuing this divorce agreement, the parties represent and warrant that the parties have resolved any issues or disagreements regarding the equitable division of tangible property. .
